Moon Hooch

Hey, quick note before my ramble, I didn't poste anything on Monday simply because I need a break from time by time, and i think it's a good day to take off, let me know if it's good for you, of if I should place it lake on Thursday. ok? Lets talk music now!

Those who said Saxophone is an instrument only good for suave jazz or school harmony, never know about those guys. I have a hart dime to figure what style of music it is, sometime google call it jazz, or jazz fusion, but, it's so energetic and rhythmic that i tend to call it Dance, Electro even Dubstep for some song.

This band from Brooklyn N.Y. , is made of 2 Saxophone An a drummer. The lead sax is held by Michael Wilbur and the bass sax by Wenzl Mc Govan, and the current drummer is Ethan Snyder. Prior to Ethan was James Muschler's who quit the band for attending The new School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. (sources: wiki)  They create music since 2010 and they look like they will never stop.

ho, and did I say they use a trafic cone to lower the pitch of the bass sax? I discovers them while watching a video of Andrew Huang, where they sampled some sound to mix. I keep him for another time though.

of course, they have a website:
