Yes! We're back with this topic! I got a lots of suggestion for game music/theme and like the last time, I will give you my opinion and the best interpretation I can found in YouTube!
Still Alive, from Portal,2007.
I can't believe that every body forget this song. The game came out around a year earlier than the manifestation against the Church of Scientology ant it was one of the Anthem during manifestations of Project Chanology. If you wonder what is this, i recommend you to search about it, it's oddly interesting.
The Song Still Alive is sing at the end of the game by Glad-Os, the IA as a reward to the player and also a middle finger. It was quite funny and even if it was a cheesy reward, i never enjoyed a final like that before. So, this is my little contribution of the list.
I choose the version of The 8-Bit Big Band because it stick really well with the Idea i had of the song and also they made an incredible interpretation of it

Chronos Cross/ Chrono Trigger
This game inspired many creator by its story, its multiple endings, its time travel. ...And this Game is from 1995, they where so many year ahead with there storytelling nobody couldn't predict the inspiration that game will give to those who will cross this path. For me, this game is a masterpiece, no less.
Those who asked me this game also asked for the opening song, who's diverge from the original to the Remastered version, (Chrono Cross, 99/2000) so, I chose something else... A song of a real hero. A little green hero. Glenn, the sword master who, by the mischievous act of an enemy got turn onto a frog. His theme inspire courage and strength.
I present you,

Star Wars, The Old Republic (SWTOR)
It's no surprise that this game have an astonishing soundtrack. It has to reflect the Star Wars univers, and by that, the only conclusion we can have is orchestral and militari march.
Unfortunately, I couldn't found any re-interpretation of any song fro the game, at least, song that I wanted to share with you. I then, choose an original. Beware, It might be an MMORPG, but it have the soundtrack equal of any movie of the franchise. It's also made by the same composer of a plethora of game soundtrack and Short, videos and documentary.
Alright, I hope you enjoyed it see you in the next post!
And yes, there will be a 3rd one on game music

Final Fantasy
This is another good example of a franchise who find its way to reinvent himself with over 30 games and spin-off. I personally enjoyed the US 3rd entry, the 5th and both movies. If there is re recurrence that always intrigued me is the name of Cid, that's bogging me in some way. That's why I choose his theme from Final Fantasy 7 to represent this game series. The song, depending of the interpret, can have different undertone and it's quite interesting how each of these interpretation can give him an intricate personalty.
