Tristram Village, Diablo and Diablo 2
This song who first come in 1997 with the firts Diablo is a beautiful example of creation who put the gamer in full immersion even if the game isn't visually that great. It's soft, gloomy and sophisticate. We're far from the energetic and loud theme from games aimed toward younglings or arcade kind of game that was on sale at those time. You can found this song in the main town (named Tristram, obviously) on both game.
I chose the the interpretation made by Jonas Lefvert who play it delightfully on two guitare. One with six nylon strings and a twelve strings acoustic guitare who give depth to the melody. I'm quite impress how he do the echo effect without amp or any arrangement post production.

Undertale
The game who teach us compassion. A game play and interaction with characters so unique that we couldn't do otherwise than care for every one of them. Toby Fox made such an impact with this Indy game that a whole community has risen around this game, and this community has made great music about this game.
There was so many good choice, that it took me about an hours to make a decision. Instead of giving you an orchestral, metal or techno reinterpretation, I chose a parody... It's named Papyrus Makes a Mixtape from the channel Jenna Sallaria. Lyrics and voice by Sean Chiplock. Why? because, it's stupidly awesome.

Halo
The first game made by Microsoft in 2001 for the Xbox was an epic adventure well designed to lunch their new console and they chose the most stunning intro of this time. Using Gregorian like choir at the beginning of the song give it an heavy undertone and when the drum, the cello and violin start, we can only be filled with determination.

Legende of Zelda
The second game created and the one of the most importent franchise created by Nintendo. This title is synonym with adventure passion and great pleasure for many generation of players. I couldn't chose only ont song from one game to represent it, so I decided to go with the Special medley of the 25th anniversary from 2011. This song give me chills how great it is!
Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary, by Koji Kondo, 2011.
