Today, I woke up with the only desire to open the game fallout 4 , and this, for the only reason that I love the intro song. But I musty say, the Fallout franchise as such a great repertoire that I couldn't place my top Favorites songs in this blog.
Peoples who know me, will understand my first choice. I's someone quite driven by emotion while I listen to music and it help me to appreciate what i heard. that being said, my first choice obviously is the main theme of Fallout 4 by Inon Zur. This song give me shiver, we can hear the melancholy in it. it's like being confronted with the aftermaths of this disaster, but it's not all sadness. there is an hanger and a willingness to see ahead. truly a beautiful song. to represent it, I chose one of many representation available in In YouTube who's maybe not the the most extravagant, but contrary to the original, no instrument seems muffled in background.

The radios in the fallout univers are something really interesting, denoting a timestamp of when the bombs felled, freezing the musical culture in what we could call an erra around 40's and 50's. Not to forget those radio host who made it unforgettable, whether it be Three Dog from the Capital wasteland, Mr. New-Vegas from the Mohaves or Travis Miles from Diamond City; they make those playing cession unforgettable. If there is one song who can represent every games of Fallout, it would be ''I don want to set the world in fire'' by The Ink Spot.

Speaking of Fallout New Vegas, It's interesting to see that, for this opus, most of the song are country song, reflecting what was the most listened in those regions. i'm far from being a Country boy, but this game make me appreciate the simplicity of this kind of music. Paradoxically, I'll present you one of the most distinctive song on the game, looking more like a theme song of a western movie than something who could play in a western radio... ...i'm probably wrong though.
Big Iron, by Marty Robbins
I remember that, one of the first time a played Fallout 2 (with a sound-card) I was surprised to recognize a voice! In the intro was Louis Armstrong signing ''A kiss to build a dream on'' Sadly, it's the only time a Louis Armstrong songs made it to the fallout franchise...thinking of it, it's probably a question of cost.
To finish in beauty, let me tell you about one of my favorite thing about Fallout 4. Good Neighbor, the one place where most rascal live in. in this lumpy place, there is a pub in the underground where sign a women. Her name? Magnolia. She have a voice to melt stone hart and she's quite a beauty in this rusty world.
This character is played by Lynda Carter (the 75's Wonder Woman) and she also sings originals song for the game. The one I want to present you is called Man Enough, one of 5 song she create for the game. and personally, i love it.
