Awesome vintage theme

Las post I made, I talked about maybe making an article on Anime music I love. But, before that, I want to do a little something special. I wanted to share something that came from my childhood. Music that as always mystify the child I was. Here's the top 5 songs from the TV. They're not in a specific order other to serve my narration.

The Pink Panter
This is probably the theme song who get me the most curious at the youngest ages as I can remember. It was generally a movie play in summer with a nice animated intro with this song. oddly enough, I didn't understand why the movie wasn't in animation like the beginning and never watched it, simply because I was only interested by cartoon at this time, too young to appreciate a full movie. Also, I should precise that French Canadian television had the habit to buy old tv show, translate it and broadcast it to fill the time between prime time. ...I'm not that old.

The Pink Panther, by Henry Mancini. 1963

Peanuts!
Or Charly Brown, like it was called in the French Version. This song have a great memories attached to it, mostly because I heard it in the Christmas-eve at my father house. He was quite poor and had only an old television which we watching a special edition of cartoon on the provincial television network called ''CinĂ© Cadeaux'' This song in was particularly beautiful for me mostly because it was so different from the 90's cacophony of cheep commercial theme and pop music.

Linus & Lucy, by Vince Guaraldi Trio. 1964

Bonanza
I liked to see the map burn in every into, it was such a fascinating thing to see, and the song was so catchy. It was aired on a specialized cable channel in the lunch time toward the end of the 90's. As much I liked the song, as much I disliked the show. It was too slow-paste and most of the time, the story looked empty to me. note that I was the kind of teen to play Diablo, watches Dragon Ball and listen to Gorillaz... ...Bonanza was too far from my edginess. Gosh, I was cringe.

Bonanza, by David Rose.1960

X-File
God know how much I loved this theme, because I know I was good for a threat and scare the hell pout of me for the next 3 nights. obviously, we weren't supposed to watch this show, but when parents wasn't home, you can be sure I searched for it. This and ''Bleu nuit''

X-File, by ark Snow, 1996

Batman
This show make me love the darkness, and the unique Gotham city landscape depicted in it, this in-between retro and modern look. Later, It lead me to the Todd McFerlane's creation, Spawn. Sadly, Spawn lacked an interesting intro for me, it was the time I was preparing snacks and drink so, I never really listen to the main theme. Batman aired later in French, around 1997 or 98 on a cartoon channel. I was a young teen at this time and loved the brass and bass combo of this opening and still a fan of it.

Batman, the Animated series, theme song, by Shirley Walker. 1992

It was a blast to listen to those theme-songs and I hope you liked it as much as I do.
on that!
See you...  ...next time!
