I think i click on the follow link about a year ago or two and didn't watch more of it, because my spare time and my will to learn more how to play Irish music is something that dosent coincide much of the time. And that's why I make an article right now... Really i should go to bed right now, I have 12 hours of work to do tomorrow, but, I'm not done!
As indicated by the full name of OAIM, it's an Academy online to... ...you get it. As i found on their website, they'r up online since 2010 and for what did a see on the YouTube page, they're surrounded with some really good teacher. The channel also have a 24/7 Live session of traditional music that I enjoy greatly.
Recently, or should I say, since the lock-down due to the pandemic they started to put online videos of music cession with peoples from around the world. it's made ion the same idea of connection and socializing with an obedience, like other band do in this time. They make about 1 video of it by week or less and, I should say, it's quite interesting to see them play. They're literally from everywhere! Japan UK, Itali, Taiwan, Canada, France.
Of course, the paste is slow compare to what we expect, but it's mostly to make sure everyone can keep the beat and make no mistake. It's a lesson, they're student of probably mixte level, not some well establish musician. It's just really inviting in some way... it's seem easy to learn.
Here is one of those cession in question...
Gloal Irish Music Session tune #6, The ten Penny Bit
